Liner 4.50" for PP X1000 (GPT-PD-1000-06-0104)

Chrome-plated liners are made of high-quality steel.

    A special technology is used - the inner hole is covered with a 2 mm thick layer of hard chrome, thanks to which the surface hardness reaches 58-62 HRC. The working inner surface of the bushings (liners) has a hardened layer with a depth of at least 2 mm and a hardness of 60...64 HRC, surface specularity 0,8.

The bushing is made of stamped blanks, which ensures high metal density on the inner diameter. The liners are subjected to high-frequency heat treatment and grinding, which ensures trouble-free operation of the bushings for more than 300 hours under normal conditions.

    Borgpumps can offer bimetallic liners with an extended service life compared to chrome-plated bushings. Bimetallic liners are produced by centrifugal casting, the hardness of the working area is 62-67 HRC.
