The KERR T60HD three-piston drilling pump is designed for feeding and pumping drilling mud based on water and oil, containing bentonite, polymers and chemicals. It is used in drilling, repair and maintenance of wells, as well as in cementing and hydraulic fracturing. The pump copes well with heavy and viscous solutions. The valve block is made of forged alloy steel. The maximum pump capacity is 2,294 l / min, and the maximum pressure with ball valves is 113 bar. The mud pump cylinders are made in an oxygen-free environment and have double chrome plating, which greatly increases the service life. The mud pump pistons are made of HSN (Highly Saturated Nitrile) material. The valves and seats are made of stainless steel and additionally nitrided in a salt bath to strengthen the surface layer. Pump cylinder diameter-6.00 inches (152.4 mm), it is possible to install smaller cylinders - 5.75 inches (146.05 mm) to increase the pump pressure.
